February 1, 2022, welcomed the Year of the Water Tiger. If you are curious about what that means, come join us for this lively and informative discussion.
Last year - the Year of the Metal Ox - asked us to work hard, stay focused and reacquaint ourselves with patience and acceptance. It was a slow year, characterized by plodding and slogging through pandemic lockdowns and constantly changing landscapes that required us to rethink our comfort level out in the world and our lives in general. Now, as we tiptoe into this new year, some of us are hunkering down even more intensely than before, many of us are dealing with pandemic indecision (it’s a thing!) and others are back out there with reckless abandon. Enter the tiger.
During this talk, our guide Susan Balaban will discuss how to navigate the Year of the Tiger, including how to boost our confidence, inspiration, and clarity. She will help us walk back out into this brave new world as changed people. For those who attend in person, Susan will touch on how your specific birth date will impact you during this year. All are welcome to bring questions.
Susan Balaban is a feng shui professional, astrologer, intuitive, and Kabbalah and Buddhism teacher. She has been a corporate spiritual counselor at EILEEN FISHER (where Amy first met her and benefitted from her astrological counsel). Susan brings positivity and expansive thinking to all she does. It is the potential and brilliance of each unique human being and how to help bring it forth that most inspires her work.
You may join either in-person (at Hudson Valley Books for Humanity, 67 Central Avenue, Ossining, NY) or via Zoom.
For those attending in person: Please provide your birth date and year when you register. We suggest you bring a notebook to take notes. And feel free to bring your dinner and favorite beverage! We’ll provide complimentary oranges, filtered water, tea, and hot chocolate. Proof of vaccination OR mask-wearing throughout event required.
