We are delighted to invite Betsy back to share one of our favorite books with you: Malala’s Magic Pencil. If someone you know is between the ages of 5 and 8, please join us for this read aloud event. We’ll provide comfy seating, healthy snacks, and a special surprise!

Betsy has been reading to and sharing a love of books with children for a very long time. As a teacher in Lakeland, she hosted many book clubs for parents and kids, as well as school-wide community reading events. Now she’s retired, in three book clubs, and still loves reading aloud with kids best of all.

No advance registration needed, but we do ask you to arrive a few minutes before 10:00 so that everyone can be ready when Betsy opens her book.
