Join Hudson Valley Books for Humanity and Yorktown Zen for an hour of silent meditation, including two 25 minute sitting periods and a short walking meditation.
Most Tuesdays at 6 PM, beginning on September 19th: 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/17, 10/24, 11/7, and 11/14.
There is no fee to participate and all are welcome.
