Come Meet Our Author-in-Residence!

We are delighted to invite you to meet our Author-in-Residence, who will be writing at the bookstore on Friday afternoons, generally between 3 and 6 PM.

Warren Berger is a local resident and author of six books, including the international best-seller A More Beautiful Question: The Power of Inquiry to Spark Breakthrough Ideas. His writing has been featured in The New York Times, and his books have been published by Penguin, Random House, and his current publisher, Bloomsbury.

Warren is currently working on his 7th book, tentatively titled Find Your Burren: A Guide to Embracing Nature as a Tool for Creativity and Inspiration, to be published in early 2027. In his research for the book, he will be exploring a number of inspiring natural settings to document the effects on his own creativity. The book will also feature the latest neuroscience on the surprising ways that spending time in nature can inspire ideas and creative insights. As part of the project, Warren is also writing in a variety of different types of spaces and environments—including our bookstore.
