What’s a Vision Board? It’s a collage of images and words representing your wishes, goals and desires that serve as inspiration and motivation for you to manifest your desires.
Join for an afternoon of creation, connection, fun and creativity. You will be guided through visualization, movement and sound to unlock your true desires, then use a variety of materials to create a Vision Board that holds all of your dreams and desires for 2024.

About the Facilitator
Brenda Fredericks is a mother, writer, podcaster, and a middle school teacher turned guide of the feminine. She believes being fully you is the medicine needed in the world, and teaches embodiment and devotion to self. Her signature body of work is FLOURISH, Motherhood as a Spiritual Practice, and she co-hosts the Desire as Medicine podcast. She has been creating and teaching Vision Board classes for 8 years and believes it’s a playful and powerful tool to help us create the life of our dreams.
