Sound Immersion

Sound Immersion with Francesca Genco and Katie Down

Sound Immersion: A Vibrational Journey

Bathe in healing sounds and songs. Allow your mind and body to rest. Enjoy connection with yourself and others. Rest comfortably on a yoga mat or in a chair and let us immerse you in the vibrations of deeply resonant instruments and soul-stirring vocals.

There will be time at the end of the Sound Immersion to draw, journal and share our experiences. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable, including a yoga mat, blankets and pillows. Bring your own journal and pen.

$40 for the two-hour experience

About Francesca

Her teaching experiences led her to write a book, Singing the Body into Being: Healing Yourself and Community through Song. Her classes and private sessions are centered on creating an intimate relationship with the body as we learn to listen and respond to its natural intelligence and resonance.
