Ritual Flow Yoga

Please join Rebecca and Elle for their signature Ritual Flow in preparation for the Lunar New Year. The Chinese Zodiac is a 12-year cycle that's been part of Chinese culture for over 2,000 years. The Year of the Snake will begin on January 29th, 2025, and we'll be welcoming it in with a 75-minute open-level Vinyasa class, complete with music and intention setting for the year ahead. 

More on the Year of the Snake: The year of the snake is one of introspection and transformation. The snake is a mysterious yet powerful animal. It doesn’t usually give away its plans for success, instead it cultivates quietly, thus making the revelation that much brighter.
